Superabundance Grace Foundation is a community-focused, people-centered nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals and families, especially youth, newcomers, and those facing hardship.

Founded in 2023, our work began as a direct response to the growing homelessness and vulnerability we witnessed in our community. What started as a simple desire to help has grown into a multi-pillar foundation serving people across all walks of life.

We believe that life is more than survival, we are all connected, and true success is not achieved until we begin to positively transform the lives of others in a lasting, meaningful way.
This belief shapes everything we do and fuels our commitment to serve with compassion, dignity, and purpose.

WHAT WE DO
We deliver programs that equip people with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive.
Our work is organized around four core community pillars:

1. Youth Empowerment & Leadership

We help young people build strong futures through mentorship, career development, violence prevention programs, and mental health support.

2. Newcomer Settlement & Integration

We support immigrants, refugees, and newcomers as they settle into life in Canada, providing guidance, employment support, family integration programs, and community connections.

3. Support for the Underprivileged

We walk alongside vulnerable community members by offering food support, essential items, transitional housing assistance, financial literacy, and health and wellness referrals.

4. Community Development & Inclusive Uplift

We strengthen neighbourhoods through community events, civic engagement, senior support, and initiatives that build safer, more connected communities.
